Imaging & Integrated Interpretation of Gravity, Gravity Gradiometry, Magnetic, Seismic & Geologic Data
SEISMIC DATA
In addition to gravity and magnetic data we are able to image, visualize and interpret 2D/3D seismic data. However,
we use non-seismic software packages for this purpose. We simply convert 2D/3D SEGY data into a set of 2D/3D ASCII (matrix or voxel) data that we can use to
generate raster images and grids in any desired format. By doing this we will be able to use a large number of commercial and open source non-seismic softwares
to enhance seismic data. Also, by using this approach we will be able to get maximum information from seismic data because we get access to more advanced techniques that
are unavailable in most siesmic softwares.
Some of our seismic capabilities are listed below:
- Convert 2D/3D SEGY files into ascii, binary grids or raster images (Including Geotif) formats.
- Add projection or change projection of 2D/3D seismic data.
- Seismic image enhancements to highlight geological features and trends using the following filtering techniques:
- Fast fourier transform (FFT).
- Wavelet analysis.
- 1D/2D empirical mode decomposition (EMD).
- Monogenic signal analysis.
- Haralick GLCM texture analysis.
- Curvature analysis.
- Principle component analysis (PCA) and independent component analysis (ICA).
- Seismic image segmentation and classification.
- Seismic image fusion.
- Faults and fractures delineation using:
- Steerable filters.
- Canny edge detector.
- Gradient-based edge detectors (Laplacian, SDGD, DoG, LoG, Roberts, Prewit, Sobel, …etc.).
- Monogenic phase congruency.
- 2D/3D Hessian based vesselness filters.
